USAGE AGREEMENT AND VOLUME PRICING

1. Authorization
You are authorized to use the software you have licensed from us in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth within our EULA. Volume pricing for institutions, academic users and others is set forth herein within this document and is effective as of the date listed above:
2. Academic Versions
No discounts are offered to students except by special arrangement from school, colleges or other educational institutions who offer our software as part of their curriculum. If you are a student at an institution accredited by us as a user of our software, they will have the details available for you as an academic user of our software.

3. Academic Institution:
We offer special pricing for those users who have multiple users of our software within the same facility. Insofar as multiple people may be using our software simultaneously within the same facility, the following constitutes our current volume pricing discounts for additional copies of the same software to be installed at the same location and used by more than one person:
Flat rate of $2000 for unlimited installation of all our software at time of purchase
